AuthorJoy Melcher has spent the past 23 years involved in History. Her credits include past editor and publisher of Civil War Lady Magazine. She has two books to her credit "The Victorian Woman's Cookbook" and "Etiquette for Every Occasion" as well as numerous articles and publications. She sponsored the National Civil War Lady Conferences for seven consecutive years and now provides History Fashion Shows throughout the country.
